nope, no turbo. i am getting ready to run my ej22 1990 legacy engine OUT OF car and on a test stand but i have a few GREY SHEATHED wires that i must have cut, that go to main engine plugs and a pin out for the 3 main engine plugs will help me figure out where they go. thanks. i am using this link fo...

anyone have the pin out for the 3 plug version?
and the pin out for the fuel pump?

the one wire that has no shielding in pic above, seems to be called the drain wire, does it get connected to ground? i did. it didn't. i'm gonna try to replace duty C. today i removed exhaust and started on drive shaft.

i am starting to tackle the binding. i am removing exhaust and then drive shaft, so i can replace duty c solenoid and i guess clutch pack.

but if i am not successful, can i simply remove rear axles, and drive car?

i have a 1990 legacy in NoVa that has many parts left, body, suspension, etc
i prefer local buyers come to remove parts

binding not gone and after test drive and restart, power light flashes 16 times again. assuming i need duty c solenoid and its accompanying valve body, i think the part number for them is, 31942AA070 ??? who has the best price for this? thanks.

well, i think it took me 5 or so tries before i did the sequence correctly. the first stumbling block was realizing that i needed to press the button near the shifter to move selector to D. once i finally did it correctly, the light just blinked steadily, forever. when i restarted car, the power lig...

the car was the previous owner's mom's car and they drove it until about 5 months ago and the it sat parked. he said it never had any trans issue but it does bind. i never really drove it but did do some short test drives around the building and discovered the binding. i've seen that test you mentio...

my car, recent acquired and runs but has the 16 flash power light. i went o plug the 2 green plugs into each other and discovered that there is only one, the male side assuming the other is a female. any chance the female side simply needs to go to ground? or the ecu. per the ecu pin out i am using....

darn. i think i will cut all wires on both sides of both smj's, tape them together, and pull as many loose wires as i can. i also look a wire diagrams to see if i can figure out where inbound and outbound wires go. thanks guys.

there are 2 smj's in my harness, the smaller one seems to be for power windows, the bigger one seems ot have important engine running stuff running thru it and i need a pin out of it. i has 1-6 columns and a-p rows. thanks jim
