Is this thread coming from the article in this months Grassroots Motorsports? Phil at Element tuning gave away quite a few speed secrets. Interesting read. He says STIs need a wing for proper handling at high speed. But says the stock wing is very heavy.

Interesting. My 440s flowed right on at 440cc. The flow bench is kinda cool if haven't seen one before. Also I see a lot of 565's for sale. I take it they won't work in the rails. Is there a chart that makes all the MY injector choices clear? I've seen something for tranny's like this and would love...
