Engine rear main seal
Question I've heard of people using a assortment of pvc pipes to have it sit flush it seems my 3" cleanout cap is a tad too small and I think a 4" one would be too big, has anyone ever put the seal in this way?

man I know this is old but I'm going to try.. by mistake I had two wires short together for the gauge cluster bulbs.. ok got some smoke because it was from one of the traces on the back.. Before you say oh no.. I bypassed the bad trace and I checked a few times and everything works, (tested in house...

Does anyone know where that coolant hose that comes off the IAC to the right side of the large hose goes to? When I was disconnecting stuff to do my HG I must of forgot to take a picture of that area now I can't figure out what line goes to it..

It was.. long story short I had to swap the sleeve and bolt from the old one (glad I saved it) and it worked fine.

Hopefully someone here will know this is for a Ej25 but I have an issue with the belt tensioner I think.. It's brand new btw.. what happens is when I set it to 29 ft-lb like the FSM says it no longer pivots up and down.. And at least that I can remember when I did my TB on my ej22 it would still piv...

Hmm well I was told if I gotta remove the cam and I have to take off the bearing cap I should be able to replace it but it's not like it's some super flexible seal.. I'm just concerned about just breaking the bolt loose at first.. but the crescent wrench on the cam lobes makes perfect sense now. I j...

here is a picture I found off the net for the drivers side cams they are recessed
the passenger side does not look the same.. to be honest I don't know why the passenger and drivers side are not the same as far as looks.

I'm trying to figure out where something is not right.. this is a replacement rear cat from bosal and the donut gasket is a dealer part.. now i take it the gasket should slide down on the converter right? it seems like it's too thick to do so by like 2mm.. what should I do? http://img.photobucket.co...

I haven't seen my low fuel light come on in awhile.. I think the bulb may of went out.. but I took the whole assembly inside and gave it 12V to the pump and nothing... I waited 30 min later and tried again and the pump worked... maybe frozen? I have no clue but i'm not going to risk it so I ordered ...
