The down pipe is the same as the stock one but i hollowed the cat out

I don't have any times from stock. The only mods I have done when I had a run at bandamier was a 3inch cat back exaust. Hollowed out down pipe. Manual boost controler set at 11psi and a Saab TMIC. I ran a 16.6 at 82.2 That is the only numbers I have.

My touring wagon is turbo. I'm not sure if all the touring wagons are turbo or not.

My 2.4 60ft time was in an auto. Does that make that much of a difference?

I don't think that you will have that much restriction from the 180 bend. If you route the pipes under the IC there might not be enough room under with the coolent lines and all.
