Re: Another new member, first legacy 94 SS Wagon

She's gorgeous! Ya, too bad about the hood and bumper, two of the best parts of this car estheticaly. My first car was a 1992 NA wagon just like this, purred like a kitten till 380 000 km. Till my GF (granted it was her rents that gave it to us) drove it sideways into a tree ;( Ahhh the memories in ...

Hey, I miss this forum! Had to abandon my project and had these parts lying arround since 2008! All Sold thanx everyone!! Bought this shifter assembly from someone on here, STI short shift. It's modded to bolt right on to a Legacy (I think it's the knuckle on the end of the assembly that's different...

I have the habit of being brutally honest. When my girlfriend asked what I thought about offering her HOT friend Jessica the second bedroom (my office) in our apartment to her to stay in for a couple weeks, I couldn't tell a lie. I replied "well, seeing she's extremely sexually frustrated, and...

Lots of these slogans seem really cool, but I find most try to describe or flaunt our cars, and as VRG3 said way back in 2004, sometomes our cars leave a little to be desired, as much as we don't like to admit it. I think a slogan should represent the board itself and be inviting for people to visit...

Don't you mean 205/50 R16 VS 225/45 R16 ???? because 225/50 would be way taller than 205/45.

I'm not as mechanicaly savy as you guys, but this is what my mechanic says about the flywheel; The fork that pushes in the clutch bering is rubbing on either the flywheel or the pressure plate. I should also note that I got a new clutch, and this also for a 2L WRX. Not sure why the group-n mounts di...

Sweet!!!!! Mine is 3" turbo back as well, that's the first time I've heard it from outside the car, sooo cool. At a track day not too long ago I was told by a couple S4 owners that my car sounded amazing, now I hear why!! Thanks for that.

Ok, thanks for all the input. Sucks that places like that list wrong. I say my instal is a donkey show because I bought a lightened 2002 WRX flywheel which was supposed to fit and doesn't, group N engine mounts which don't, a water pump that was listed as the turbo model but turns out is the N/A mod...

Koyo radiator question

Puting a new engine in my SS is turning out to be a donkey show. Need a new rad, because the old one is too rusted to get back in. Seems the general concensus here is to just put a new rad in as opposed to picking up a used one. Found an online parts place that has the Koyo rad, but it lists several...

Tail light

Still have that left rear tail light for a 93? I'd be interested in the mud flaps as well.

Thanks

Sweet man, congrats on the new ride. Good deal too, and I'd know. You lucked out with that fork too, the Black was one of their, if not the best fork Manitou made.

Happy riding :P

Man your car is in so much better shape than the car I just sunk soooo much money into. Think I've spent more than 2000$ replacing body parts on my car, and they all look great on yours. And I'm not even that far away!!

Have you weighed how much the added cables, brackets, and whatever else will be? You will be adding weight to the car no matter how small. Plus you're talking about maybe a 1% move in weight distribution, with no real testing that it is a good move anyway. More rearward weight isn't always the best...
