Same thing happened to mine. i talked to a subaru mechanic i know and he said it happens all the time. All they do is give the people the option of replacing the crank, or JB welding the crap out it.

try just sticking a resonator tip on it. thats what i did to mine, cut the muffler off and put on enough pipe to come to the back of the car. then put a resonator on. its sounds beautiful .

Having driven a zephyr and milan (i work at a lincoln mercury dealership). They really some pretty nice cars. Front end of the zephyr looks a heck of alot better.

Ya its a pickup. The people thought the clutch was out, but it was the slave clylinder (it was pissing all over). Im sure if they would have known that 12 bucks would fix it, they wouldve been asking alot more. Oh well their loss my gain.
