My green connectors were up high on the left where they were supposed to be. But the black ones were above & slightly to the left of the gas pedal, so you might want to check there.

Check the owner's manual. There is a plastic plug in the headliner a little behind the dome light. Pull it out & use the allen wrench in there. I think it's 5mm, a ratchet goes faster. This goes directly into the motor. Check the fuse too. Maybe you have a stick or something stuck in the tracks.
