Re: FS CO: 94 T-Leg wagon ej20g/sti yellow i/td05/robtune SO
Oooh, that's nice to know! Thanks!
And I haven't seen ANY Mi/Alpine wagon in HI.
To my knowledge, if any first or second generation Legacy makes it to any junkyard, it is immediately sent to the crusher.
I guess this is getting off topic so I'll stop.

Thanks for that info! Yes, this is a great Board and resource with volumes of information!
Just one more question if you don't mind--did you make the plate yourself, had it (them) custom made, or can they be purchased somewhere?

Really nice wagon!
So, is the new owner a member on the board here?
Oh, and what is the under-engine brush guard made of? Besides the three front bolts that's visible in the pic, where's the rest of the guard anchored to?

Just an FYI, the crimson pearl was available only on the '94 turbo Legacies. The '91-'93's had red colors but not exactly crimson pearl.

Re: Looking for grill insert for '96 Legacy
No. The '99 grill will not fit on the '96 because the grill is too tall. The '96 grill will fit on the '99 but it will have a gap across the bottom.

Re: [FS] EDM glass headlights - UPDATE big sale
First of all: Welcome to Legacy Central! :D The bottom set of lights should fit your second generation Legacy. What I don't know is if the light bulbs and connectors are the same as yours or not. Someone else will have to pitch in here. However, if the bulbs and connectors are not a direct bolt in, ...

Re: The post swap clear Sh** out thread.
Do you have the OEM banjo bolts for the oil and coolant lines? If you do, are they in good condition? The lines connect to the stock turbo.

Re: [FS] EDM glass headlights - UPDATE big sale
Thanks, beatersubi, having really bright high beams would be a plus!
And, someone, correct me if I'm wrong, but the edm lights have metal reflectors instead of usdm plastic ones so the higher wattage won't melt them if used for an extended period of time, correct?

Re: [FS] EDM glass headlights
That lone headlight looks like it has a tint to the lens. Is it tinted? It reminds me of the jdm headlights for the second-gen legacies there. The first two or three years had clear lights and the remaining years had tinted lights (headlights and taillights). (But what was strange is that the clear ...

Re: 45 degree air box, and N/A cars
THANKS for posting, Alphius, and for the pic! I appreciate the clarification about the '99 Legacies being either MAF- or MAP-based systems. I got my info from a Subaru-only speed shop when I went in to see what I could do to get more oomph from my '98 Legacy. The owner said he doesn't touch MAF-base...

Re: 45 degree air box, and N/A cars
In my case, the "torque box" really made my '98 Legacy lethargic. My '93 NA Legacy was WAAAAY faster off the line and mid-range. Just touch the gas pedal from a start and my head would snap back. i could chirp the tires if I floored it from a stop. With my '98, it would've been hard to pee...

Re: FS Saint Louis: 91 Sport Sedan 5MT & 94 Touring Wagon SO
Welcome to Legacy Central, colemanapp! You've got a great start in the ss and TW you bought! Hope you enjoy them as much as many of us have enjoyed our turbo Legacies! Stick around; we look forward to your posts!
Re: FS Saint Louis: 91 Sport Sedan 5MT & 94 Touring Wagon
They are 16", 6.5" wide, 55 offset OEM wheels. If they're silver, they were found on the '05 Legacy 2.5i; if they are light bronze, on the '05 wrx. I had the bronze ones on my ss and loved them. They may have been on other years/ models, too.
