Just throwing out ideas but: change ecu, re-ground all your ground points, new spark plugs, new injectors (cause the cel), check voltage on your coil pack plug

Re: What did you do to your Subie today?
PREPARE FOR PHOTOS! Discovered that my low fuel light works! I'm guessing it comes on when you have two gallons left because I drove to the gas station with it on for a bit and filled up 14.1gal and we have a 15.8gal tank I believe. Also took her on a road trip to Tarryall Reservoir, Colorado. http:...

Re: Loose Caliper
Alright, I got a video of the caliper being super loose on its track or whatever its called. Sorry for the shaky image, being such a little guy, I have to put my weight into moving car parts therefore I kinda shake the camera, but you'll get the idea! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKvWREDZQMI

Re: Loose Caliper
Oh, and as for the wheel in the air and you shake it with hands on the sides, nothing rattles/clicks. Same for putting your hands top/bottom, nothing rattles. The rotor wobbles a lot more on the drivers side than it does on the passenger side too, even with the caliper and pads all put on

Re: Loose Caliper

But I believe its gotten worse can now i feel the tire wobbling when i corner right and the weight is on it, and now its screeching when im driving straight and turning, with and without brakes/accelerating. Re: Loose Caliper
I believe it's hitting the rotor cause they are brand new, passenger side looks great but drivers side is super scratched on the outer 2 inches of the disc. Here's a video of me driving around the neighborhood at ~20mph in second gear, each corner I go around, I'm on the accelerator. It usually does...

Loose Caliper
After using the search engine, sounds like most people have problems with their caliper pistons sticking. I have the opposite problem, my front driver caliper, after I tighten all the bolts down, moves in and out along the guide pin which makes my rotor all wobbley and it makes terrible screeching a...

Re: antenna replacement
I saw a Perrin antenna once that was black 4in stub that looked as if it would mate up to the stock location. The guy on the forum was asking $40 for a while but said they retail $80. I thought it would look good matching the stock black trim.

Re: Car won't stay on! Help please
Installed the walbro 255 FP yesterday and she started right up! Got better throttle response and boost increases a lot more steadily instead of being choppy like in the past. Drove it around for a good 2-3hrs last night and no issue, multiple turn on/off's throughout and it started right up every ti...

Re: Car won't stay on! Help please
Ok, well I ordered a walbro, should be here in the next couple days. But I'll try the coolant temp sensor thing when it gets warmer out, -10° isn't exactly what I'd call "working on car temperature"...

Re: Car won't stay on! Help please
Alright, I just tried starting it with the MAF unplugged and it did the same, it tries to start but won't stay on. It'll like get one crank in cause it goes to like 300rpm but immediatly dies. And it also seems like the longer i leave the key in the ON position, the more it wants to start...

Re: Car won't stay on! Help please
Its probably the factory coolant temp sensor which would be 195k miles. I've got a spare that I can swap though. I read the maf could do the same, but my car wants to start but wont stay on. Also, I searched around the forums, and people were having similar issues and it turned out to be their fuel ...

Car won't stay on! Help please
So the other day, my car was running as it normally does (crappy idle, over boosting, backfires, etc.) but then i parked it, came out 10mins later and it would start, try to keep itself alive, but soon sputter/cough/auto-rev and die. First thought, some major vacuum hose popped off since it smelled ...

Yea I just don't know where that nut would be located. I'm thinking cutting the floor pan is my only option, crap.... Anyone know if I can access that nut without cutting things?
