Re: AC Compressor - Will NA work w/'93 22t?

.... I found a brand new Calsonic 73011 AA091 for only $130 so I will probably purchase that and hope it fits. So like... was this a one time price or did you find a source? :o If so...inquiring minds want to know. I could use a brand new calsonic compressor for $130! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 ...

Re: Robtuned with 16g! Working out the kinks...

Finally had half a chance and pulled codes to see what was stored from this behavior. All it had was code 45 - atmospheric sensor. When the check engine light comes on, remember, it bucks and goes into fuel cut. Yet it is not something that happens repeatably on every pull. Partial throttle or full ...

Re: Robtuned with 16g! Working out the kinks...

Lol indeed my legacy thinks its a stock wrx wagon at the moment. Rob is gonna give me some email help soon when he gets back home, in the meantime it doesn't appear to be knocking or anything horrible; think its ok to drive the car like this for now or should I park it until I get the robtune figure...

Re: Robtuned with 16g! Working out the kinks...

Cool, thanks man! I'll pull codes this weekend and try to figure out more of what's going on here. Kinda in the dark at the moment. So, the bucking / fuel cut thing seemed to only happen during partial throttle while boost built up > 6psi or so; every WOT pull felt fine @ 10ish PSI. Today, the bucki...

Robtuned with 16g! Working out the kinks...

Hey peoples! My 94 ss is finally robtuned! Been sitting on the robtuned z5 ecu for almost 2 years and had most of the parts for a while too. At first, had a major issue with the fuel pump relay and even sometimes the rad fans cycling on and off rapidly and clicking themselves silly... and sometimes ...

Re: What did you do to your Subie today?

The paint job itself was about $700 but I had another $700 in prep charges (had to strip a couple pieces bare and repair some quarter panel rust). I could have easily racked up another $1000 in bodywork tp fix all the dents and such but couldn't justify it. I just didn't want the body to rust away t...

Bro. It's a racecar. ;) and honestly there is not a lot of lag and it pulls great. Haha I'm not worried about it. I'd rather go bigger than smaller! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk This. AC clutch noise

So... my fiancee's 93 Subaru Legacy L wagon neither had an AC belt installed nor the AC clutch wire connected. So I figured, I've got an AC belt sitting in my garage doing nothing, I'll pop that thing on and see if her AC works. $950 car, would be an unexpected bonus. :) Surprise, the AC engages and...

Rear diff dogboneish mount - worth replacing?

So, when the tranny mount was installed recently, the mechanic showed me that this rear diff mount is shot. He used a crowbar to move the diff up and down in the mount and it seemed looser than it ought to be (having no experience with this mount, I should know lol). He then went to tell me it would...

Re: Dumb q time: 1 or 2 trans mounts?

I personally wouldn't bother with the pitch stop mount. They don't really fail and when upgraded to the harder rubber bushing material they create a lot of noise (NVH) behind the dash. But it looks like a dogbone mount and the mechanic said both mounts are shot. You think he was referring to the cr...
