Very informing thread. Iv noticed the same things. I hit max boost at about 4000 rpm with the 16g turbo on ej22t block/ej20g heads and UE headers. To bad i just fried mine today. Hopefully it will be rebuild able.

Pad/rotor fitment issues (Hawk brake pads)

I just got my Hawk HPS brake pads today and I took everything off and got the rotors turned. I get the pads put in and I try sliding the rotor in between the pads. It doesn't fit. The caliper is completely compressed and the pad is recessed. The outside pad sticks out a good 1/4" to far even wi...

I wanna get rid of mine in my 95 Impreza. It makes having a cone air filter a bitch when you have intercooler piping in the way and the ABS pump.

I probably bought the same one you are looking at on EBAY. Works like a charm but as some one else said it's easy to make your own. But finding the parts and getting them all together will take more time and money then buying the $20 one on ebay.

It's Nick lol don't take any offense. Not bad for the first time. But if you don't want that big of gaps i can point you in a direction of a book that you can use to help you lay out the pipe so that you cut it in the right spots so there wont be as much of a gap. Oh ya what turbo are you running an...

Spotted a red legacy SS that seemed to be lower in the front and looked like it had a FMIC and a exhaust on 34 out of corvallis headed towards I5. Anyone know who this might be? Car was nice and clean looking.

Don't pay his ass that's not a true friendship. A friendship is what you done for him and he should hit you back up and you shouldn't half to ask for it or deal with this s*** he's throwing your way now. It's all about helping a friend out and then giving it back no questions asked.

the bolt is gonna expand to heating it wont do a god damn thing . i would drill out it and retap the hole . that is gonna be your best bet Wrong because heating it up expands both the bolt/crank slightly so it breaks the seal that has built up over time and in turn makes it easier to unthread the b...
