Last week i just traded in my 92 legacy ss. so its been about 7 days, and i miss my legacy like crazy... i wish i didnt trade it in....

i think i might have figured it out.

i had a aftermarket thermostat in there. when i changed it the other day with a oem one its doing good now..

oh when i heard that pop. i smelled coolent. but i dont see anything leaking i just smell it. weird.

i dont think its a vacuum leak, because sometimes it works great, like earlier today i got it to go 90mph with out that prob..

dexi cool messed my car up it overheated every 3 miles then changed it to normal stuff then its good..

it stoped after i drove it around it was a very light click.. now it leaks but not as much as it did before so i think its the cam seals now.. anyways ill just get it fixed from a independent subaru specialist..

ok the the peice that goes right on the on the crank shaft. it turns the timing belt. does that only go on one way? or what because i took it off and i think i moved the crank so i could do something and its not where its suppost to be. do i just turn it so that the number 1 cyl. is top dead center?...

not sure witch one is leaking. but i think its the oil pump seal. because it looses too much oil really fast. every where i go theres little drips all over the place...

how it got there was stupid royal purple. but boy did it run great with that stuff in.

u should give it another try.. it also takes alot of practice and use sandpaper over 800 grit the around 1000 is really good so the surface is really smooth.

my teacher said u shouldnt paint under 800 grit..

did u sand the primer from 800 or higher grit? best would be over 1000.. yeah u didnt do the right mix for the hardener.

did u have some reducer with that?

did you primer it right? and with some good primer from ppg paints?

to do it right it cost alot of money..

nah thats the best paint that ppg makes for mica black.. its db paint, k32 primer, paint reducer, and clear coat. the cheaper one would of been like 400 or so..

i like the idea of adding the pearl to it.

the guy at PPG paint said its around $800 for all the stuff to paint the car. i wonder how much it would be to add a pearl.. hmm lets find out today.. if hes open.
