sam: The 4000's are great, although I think if I prep this car for more than TSD rallying / playing around up north I'd go for the HID lamps. It definatly helps when you're wiring to set up each lamp on it's own switch and also having a master switch for all lights. Having each on it's own makes aim...

The rear seats were no problem at all, the bottom part of the seats seemed to want to hang over the ledge by about an inch, but you just bend the metal rods which the bolts go through and the problem is solved.

Wiper arm painting an head lamps...

First Question: I'm going back(home) to the UK for a vacation towards the end of September and I would like to know if it's worth getting my cousin to source me out a pair of head lamps from a UK wrecker?? They are still glass in the UK right? I'm not really concerned about if the beam is more for R...

new pics of inzomnaic's car... RS seats and Hella 500's on!

well... I'm still on the road... haven't gone off too hard yet, and I've managed to put on a few new parts. The newest additions are the hella 500 fogs because I can't see at all in the night with the frosty lenses that are on the car right now... and the 00' RS front and rear seats (one of my few v...

Engine fan question... is one only for A/C use?

The smaller of my two fans has been inoperable for a while (the little one on the left), and I was going to get a replacement from the wreckers. I heard that this fan is only used when the A/C is being operated?? If this is true then i don't need the fan because my A/C is no longer on the car, and I...

I ended up getting desperite and went for a NAPA pump. Subaru told me they could have one for Friday, then told me it'd be on back order this morning... and I need it for tomorrow, so that really pissed me off, and the only place up here that had anything was NAPA which was surprising... and we'll s...

If it turns out I can't use this with the WRX, or STi powerplant I put in, I'll sell it on here to someone...

Fuel pump help, EJ20 guru needed, replace stock or upgrade?

Hi.. quick post as I need quick answers. Bottom line is that my fuel pump on my legacy has died for sure now, it cut out late last week and ran again on saturday and sunday, then conked out while I was at school yesterday. My car got towed home last night and I need to get a new pump so I can be mob...

It's an autometer guage, so it does read vac. But mine only reads vac as soon as the throttle has been opened, until then it's sitting at 0. Right now I'm running it off of that little hose that comes right off of the intake manifold, on the top side of the manifold... it'd be right in the middle of...

Essay I wrote... subaru related, yes I'm obsessed

Well.. I belive that desperation, the fact that it was 2am, and indulging waaay too much Red Bull made me write this essay. Could someone please post a pic of where you've got your boost guage tapped into! I've moved the thing twice, and now I'm thinking that it's still in the wrong place. I'm still learning with turbo cars... also it SHOULD read vacume under idle right??? Because mine isn't?!?! This is confusing the hel...

I can get the exact same shifter he bought off of e-bay through my store... is there any way that the 2.5 RS one can be made to fit our trannies (even if it e...
