code 45 on a turbo

So I replaced my CTS because the car was running rough around 0-5 psi and idling high and was not throwing any codes. I reset the ecu now I have codes 22 23 and 45 as soon as I restart. Why would I get 45 when its a turbo model or could my ecu be stuffed?

Also the check engine light is illuminated when stopped and flashes away when I'm moving with rpms over 2500

That seems weird that it's on at a stop and flashing. I suggest you take a look at the list of codes on Josh's site to reference code 45.

Code 45 is the Pressure Sensor and Pressure Exchange Solenoid. The non turbo models didn't have the boost sensors on the strut tower. This code will stop you from getting into boost and cause fuel cut if you attempt to.

I would recommend running only the green diagnostics connectors to do the active diagnosis and see what codes come up. Typically you want to tackle the lowest numbered code first. However doing the active check kind of does that for you, so when you fix the problem detected in the active check if anything else remains you'll get another code. Instructions are on my site.

shoot you guys. I have the knock code; I will look further in the site but since u were talkin about codes I figured id mention. Also I changed the knock sensor. Doesn't sound like knocking.

If the knock sensor code is coming up and you've checked the knock sensor resistance, I'd check the knock sensor wiring. It is known to become brittle and lose continuity.
