Which Engine?

Post by Subtle »

I'm about to sell my Turbo Wagon.

One of the guys at the speed shop will likely buy it, and one of the thoughts was to put a serious STI engine in it.

My response is that the 2.2 closed deck is a good engine and the one in my Wagon is still sound.

Suggested putting in a more sophisticated waste gate controller and setting the boost at 16.5. It would be a lot of fun.

At some time they could consider putting later model overhead cam heads on.

Or should they just drop in an STI engine?

Thanks.

:-)

Just drop the STI engine if they have it. Good luck wiring it all up though.
