does anyone elses car does this? my first two gears the boost drops then after the first two gears like in third fourth and fifth it keeps it to redline??

T-bird hybrid turbo. Bleeder valve for boost control. Stock bypass valve that might be causing some problems.

so with my setup, is it safe to run 12psi?

TD04 w/ WRX TMIC
STOCK Metal MAF
STOCK INJECTORS
WRX fuel pump

I have the black plastic MAF if that works. Will my injectors be maxing out at this 12psi with the WRX fuel pump?

You'll probably max out the MAF.

From what I've heard/read the turbo legacy pump actually flows more then the wrx pump. So you may want to keep an eye on things with a wideband.....at least to initially check it out.
