Too bad this doesn't exist anymore.

Seriously, is anyone here running water injection yet? I'm going through old threads and it seems lots of people think about it, but nobody has done it? I'm looking into this as my next mod.

yeah for some reason the forum is gone. had alot of server problems last year and then just disapeared.

i have a bunch of water injection links. i will dig them up later. fortunately it is very easy to do on a turbo car.

i really want to add a IC h2o inection and crank the boost.

I have an article published in an Australian magazine about water injection. If anyone wants, I can dig it up and scan it in.

I talked to Stewart Ho yeasterday, he is the Chief mecanic from Subaru Rally Team Canada.

I asked him about water injection. He said they put a Aquamist kit into one car they rallied in ... don't remember the place - a warm place ;) -, he said that the difference was pretty impressive and the intake temp lowering capabilities is verr good. He also mentioned the installation was quite simple, just plug the wires, install the water nozzle into the intake piping and off you go ! hehe

http://www.aquamist.co.uk/rescr/rescr.html

this place has a decent FAQ section on WI, but be warned they do sell the WI systems themselves so they, um, want it to seem great.

I think i get water injection everytime it rains with the cone filter down in the fender. Apparently the turbo has enough pull to collapse a 3" pvc pipe so im sure it has more than enough pull to get some water.

hahahah ya i get that in the rian to, i had to change it cuz of that.

dame looking at all the sites and all the stuff i need to build it, no wonder my dad dont want to help me.

i got a better way, i have a turbo smart e-boost. it has a out put at what psi you want to turn on your (water sprayer) or what every you want. get a pump a carb jet drill a hole and welled it in, and there we go.
