LCA comparison pic

Anyone have a comparison pic of our lcas vs a wrx sedan.

I'm not seeing any width differencer

So your saying its how it mounts to the frame that gives me the wide track?!

I'm confused.

I thought the wide track lcas are 10mm more wide.

Also I'm seeing conflicting info. As far as I understand there are steel and aluminum wide track versions from factory. There are also aluminum wide track that move the wheel for word(which I don't want).

Is this correct as far as you know?

Subaru has made aluminum lcs' s for the gc/bd that was narrow track, and for 04-? Sti as well as 06 wrx sedan that was wide track. Josh got it right, it is the mounting points that are different. Friend of mine put wrx sedan LCA's and matching rear lateral links, on his gc and got -1.5* camber with no other changes.

Unless what I'm reading is wrong, or I'm reading it wrong, the sedan and wagon GD/GG use the same crossmember - so at least ONE of the control arm mounting points are the same.

I'm pretty sure the width difference is in the control arms.

Your friends camber change, with only a control arm swap, points to the same idea - different control arm lengths.

Yes, the control arms are what create the wider track. The rear mounting point bushing/bracket primarily affects caster.

That's cool. I never really knew how exactly the arm moved with the alk to increase caster.
