Need some advice with some tires

I'm getting new tires in a couple of days and I have a dilemma.
My stock size is 185/70-R14
The only size available in the Nokian Haakapiliita 10s is 175/65-R14
This gives me about a 1.3" smaller diameter per tire.
How will this effect my drive?

Thanks
Grant
I can get the 185/70R14 Hakk 1s but their around $10 more per tire and since it is mostly going to be for ice racing and driving around in the snow. I can't make up my mind.

Lower profile will mean the tires won't lean as much, so your handling would be slighty better, although it would be so miniscule you wouldn't notice it. However, since the tread is thinner, it probably would even out with the profile...

Your speedo will be ever so slighty off though. There's a post somewhere around here with a link to a Miata site that shows what exactly happens when you play around with tire sizes...

That is a rad calculator. I'm not really to worried about my speedometer as theyare mostly going to be used for racing. I was more worried about low end acceleration and top end speed. Someone was telling me that a smaller diameter would lower top end but increase acceleration on the low end. Anyhow. Thanks everybody for the replies.
