so a while back i figured out why it wasn't firing. i had a bad injector so i went out and bought a new one. then it ran freakin awesome!

later on in the night i unplugged the stand alone so the car cant be stolen. the next morning i plugged it in and fire it up. but this time she was running so rich i barely made it down the block. so im guessing something happened to the map that was on there. so now it needs to be retuned.

so now its been sitting for over 3 weeks. fuckin pissed!

got her running again. the ECU was ok, its just that the ignition system some how lost the memory for the set up so it was trying to run off direct spark and not wasted. car runs good but the warm up enrichment has to be redone. so some time this Wednesday i should be driving her again. im going to run to the junk yard to pickup a speedo cable cause mine was toast. fun fun... ASS!!

Did you adjust your fuel map with the air temp compensation off? The air temp comp should only be turned on once your fuel map is in good shape, or else you'll be chasing your tail tuning wise.

Why don't you get someone to tune it who knows what they are doing...

ok guys i just got a little too heated and i figured out the problem.

so i ran a log, watched it, and found my answer. im getting a "AN Temp Channel 2 5v error" the temp fluctuates all over the place once the motor gets around 54c. then sits at 20c and that enplanes why it runs so rich.

bad temp sensor! lol

Its not the tune, the tune is fine and Andy isnt who's tuning it.

Hes coming up to my place to grab a temp sensor because thats what "seems" to be the problem.

ok the car's motor has been broken in for some time now but still needs to be tuned and fuel pump replaced with a 255.

but last night was not the best way to end a night. i was driving down old senic high way and came around a blind corner. road was full of big ass rocks the size of cinder blocks. i slammed on the brakes trying to avoided them but couldnt. i hit one and it smashed my rim, bent the control arm, and swaybar. PLUS, i think it also cracked my tranny case cause there was gear oil spilling out on the street. with the way the wheel was it pulled me towards the wall and messed up my corner light, fender and bumper skin.

ill post some pic's.
