swapping seat rails

im trying to swap my seat rails out for a better looking/functioning seat, but i cant figure out how to seperate them from the seats haha. i have the seats out but i see a lot of nuts and screws under neath, just looking for a little guidance/ thanks!

Kris,

I believe you have to slide the seat all the way forward and backwards to get access to the bolts/nuts that hold the actual seat to the rails. It's been a while since I've looked at one of the older style seats.....so someone may need to add a little additional details.

I know the L models are bolted, the ones with out the seat riser. The ones with the riser I know it's bolted up front but the rear is riveted. I don't know why subaru did that. If you need pics I could post some if you need them.
