Until today i thought that (heated seats) was standard in USDM cars...
Usually USDM cars have more gizmos than EDM...

Spark plugs are stock - NGK BKR6E11.

I'm putting these heads back on this week... i hope they will last until i get a replacement.

I has problems with headgaskets... when we took cyl heads off... we found cracs between spark and exhaust valves...:

As far as i know it's not a daily car...

About legalisation of the new engines... anything can be legalized; but the car has to pass inspection... new parts have to have safety certificate (german TŰV), lots of paperwork, time, money,... so most of the heavy changed/tuned ...

So much cool stuff in those photos. Is that a Fiat 600 Abarth? And what is done to that Renault Twingo??

How many of those are Yugos and how many are Fiats?

All of them are Yugos (made by Zastava in Serbia...); we have national rally Yugo class... this little cans are pretty fast (over 100 HP ...

Here, in the old continent,... we have a state cup in "autoslalom"; i have no idea how you call that autosport overseas.. :D

Two weeks ago, the cup finished with last race in beatifull sunny (warm) weather; 75 cars showed up (wich is pretty high number for amateur cup in nation with 2 milion ...

sorry -this weekend was hell...

bottom side of EJ18 intake maniforld; the gasket is from EJ22 engine - to compare and check the holes.... scale is in metric - cm; there's flap missing on pictures - it was removed it during cleaning; EJ18 ECU is also available.

Ej18 - at the picture wont bolt on Ej22 engine;
problem no1: you can see Ej18 has integrated "water pipe" (EJ22 engine has separated water line),
problem no2: i can tell you it has much smaller diameter.... won't fit...
problem no3: IAC valve, vacuum...

i can take some more comparation pictures ...

I have to measure the area... will do that tomorrow;

Here in Europe we have "carbed" (monopoint injection) EJ18, Legacy 1st and 2nd gen. In Leone (EA82) we have two types of engine - one pure carb, and the other one is monopoint injection...

If you're looking for EJ18 intake manifold like the bottom one on pics below (upper is from EJ22 N/A ...

I'll be happy with "any" badge that fits...

It's friends sedan; 1.8 (EJ18) FWD for now; waiting for transpantation/conversion to EJ22.

I'm used to asimetrical taillights. So it looks ok to me.
