Those plugs are to pull the CEL (check engine light) codes, and the definitely don't have to do with your problems.

Park-brake interlock is gone (AT). Normally when I'd depress the brake pedal while in park I could shift out of it, now I need to hit the shift lock button.

Ok I plugged in everything on my door and also plugged in my map and dome lights that were unplugged.

My windows are still not working. Could it be that my battery is only half charged? I would think that it would still try to roll down the windows.

I read that there is a fuse for power windows ...

Just got around to replacing my struts the other day and boy were they ever toast. The original struts had ~178,000 miles on them. I would say your way past due for new suspension or at least struts with 250,000 miles on the originals components.

If you pay a two hundred dollar tax you can actually own a full auto, there is some red tape you have to go through but is legal. Check you state gun laws and always buy from a licensed dealer.
