I have been having this conversation for years..,

when i had the stock motor I just blocked off the hose going to the intake and let it go full atm. with the air box mod it sounded AWSOME!
not like my greedy type rs but awsome for stock stuff!

I just replace the spark plugs on my ej22t/20g doch engine,..

I never learned the real difference but the JECS AA160 is harder to find then the "160F"'s.
When i worked in the Subie only junk yard we would always need 160's but we would usualy only have the "F"'s we ended up calling them 160F***'s
long, short,.. 160F's should be cheaper.

I agree,... if you put a fuse in the FWD plug in your AWD engine bay you will get NO GAIN if anything you get LESS power

i think mark misunderstood me,

If you have a 22t AWD AUTO and put it on an allwheel dyno you get "X" as you WHEEL horsepower number.
If you have a 22t FWD 5 speed and put it on ...

a 78 "DL+GL" as per my 1975-1979 subaru parts catalog, Model code A67F4YR or ID# A67L-201447 and after. she is soooo old school i love it.

I am with DLC a 5speed 2wd swap would only take like 2 or 3 hours

So my daily drive is my Motorcycle, My wife drives the turbo (cause she likes the power :-D ). And I just picked up a 78 GLDL 4WD wagon. I am rebuilding the ea71 right now and making it SPI, so she can drive that and then its DOHC time for the turbo.... anyways

You got to understand the boards can be rough, really rough if you ask for it! It took me eating wet cigaretts and going to the hospitol to get some help :lol: . Most of the brains here have learned what they know by building or searching for days. So they don't just "give it up".

short answer
any turbo will fit any car, if you want to mod. it enough.
But i do think there are others here who have used a vf34 on something, not sure if it was a 2.0 or a 2.2

Cause now i have 91 jdm 2.0t heads and pass.side 02 us 2.0t(wrx) head that i can steal the pluming off of and have 2.5 dohc turbo heads ,...

From what i READ from SEARCHING there are people on this board who have used 2.0t and 2.5t heads on the 22t block, but ...

So has anyone found out what the 22b heads are based on, 2.0 or 2.5 dohc heads? I have spent a week now read much more then i want to about imps on nasioc and they and don't know over there. I also had no luck on the bbs 22b board.

my car had this problem when my main wiring (running down over the top of the tranny) started to rub and short. but it took my 3 months of working on it EVERYDAY to figure that out.
