Power antenna mast replacement
Anyone know how to replace the power antenna mast? I put my junkyard mast in, and it'll go up just fine, but when it goes down, when each segment closes up, I can hear the gear jumping a few teeth before it continues pulling the next segment down, and when it gets about 4" from being completely ...

lol you should see our "parts truck" at the Subaru/Toyota/Scion dealer I work at.. They have a nice quad cab 07 Tacoma that they use now, but the "old beater" that gets used for anything but new parts, is like an 87 carbureted, automatic, four cylinder Toyota flatbed (with duallies)... (Would be ...

Well, I found the wiring diagrams Josh had linked, and I probed the ECU connector and got nothing, so I was like WTF.. Then I discovered that I was probing the TCU, and found the ECU buried up under the dash :-P, so I probed the connector on it, found the right wiring for the cam sensor, and it's ...

Wiring help needed, EJ22T
Well, I found out why my bastardized non-turbo motor wouldn't run right, and why my EJ22T won't fire at all... Someone cut the knock sensor and cam/crank position sensor wiring! This is a picture of what I have in the car.. I got the connectors from the junkyard and the stuff to splice them in ...

The northwest is great, it rains a bit here, some places more than others, depends on what part of the northwest you move to. I live in the Willamette Valley in Oregon, about 60 miles south of Portland. We average about 50 inches of rain a year, not a whole lot of snow though, usually snows at least ...

win/lose tight/loose
Just FYI, if you have an early 2.5, and the head gaskets have been replaced with the newer, superceded OEM head gaskets, they aren't prone to blowing like the old ones were. The 2.5L HG problem was more related to a crappy head gasket formulation than anything else. Our master ...

EJ22T parts needed
I need the following parts for an EJ22T, if anyone has them...
- Driver's side motor mount
- Tube that connects the air box to the intake side of the turbo
- Intake elbow off the turbo (where the above tube attaches, is held on to the turbo itself by two bolts) I don't expect anyone to part ...
