Friend of mine just procured a "new to him" 91 Legacy Turbo.. It's in great condition, it's all nice and shiney, and the trannies shit.. So..

We need to go junk yard scavengeing.. for a temp-trannie (i.e one that will do till he can afford the 5MT swap..) Now i don't want to have to help him thru ...

Did you ever make any bumpers? I need one of those...

No i didn't, shit got screwed up to say the least and the funds never came about to do them.. not enough interest..

But there are PLENTY of fiberlass bumpers for the 2.5RS, WRX Reproductions and a plethora of Designs that can be modified to ...

TheDaveler, as far as i know all my show hood are sold out.. i have a fair amount of race hoods that are available and wouldn't require much to get into show readyness.. but work none the less.. But i'm sorry i'm sure i don't have any left.. I will look again...

Wow, that red and grey car is beautiful - great action photos of it. I'm biased becuase it looks so much like my rally Legacy (except nicer) even down to the David Carter hood!!! The white and black one has the DC hood too.

the 3rd winter series race wil be held at warminster Airpark, near quakertown which should be awsome since it's on a runway.. Unfortunately I have to leave on Military duty in a couple days, so i won't be back till sometime in april, but Moe should be running my car while i'm gone.

What boost level were you running for this?

The mods i listed are all i have.. i haven't messed with MBC'S or any kind of aftermarket computer. ECU's Stock. Boost is made by the stock hardware. The only thing i'm not mentioning is i raided Vibrant's Catalog and redid all the piping in larger ...

ya, your deffinatelly running lean. That red dotted line is where you want your AFR. Did he throw on some "knock ears" or sensor of some sort to confirm this?

They guy that dyno'd my car. gave me alot of bad news in the hopes (i'm assuming) i'd let him tool on my car.

my only question is why didn't you paint the bottom of the hood.. no it dosen't have to look pretty..but i would painted it black or something..get rid of thet fiberglass yellow/orange..i dunno

It can be done.. there is some modification to the RS bumper sides where it meets the fenders to make it line up.. This is why i recomend getting a fiberglass repro from Rallitek or Teauges or some where else and then do it..A fiberglas is easier to workwith and little problems can be bondo-ed into ...
