Another problem!. When I start my car from cold, I don't really let it warm up since i'm usually in a rush (i know bad right?) Yesterday, I experienced a lack of power for the first time between 1st gear and 2nd gear I tried pressing for more gas (aka power) nothing happened so I didn't want to stri...

A/C Fan/Heater Fan doesn't blow (radio flashes + chk engine)

Hi guys, I have a 1990 Subaru Legacy LS Sedan. It has presented me with some problems currently. This one is the most frustrating because its cool where I am and the windows fog up. I try to switch on my defroster for my front window and theres NO AIR blowing. No air pressure at all. I think this st...

Power light blinks after starting...

After reading over previous posts... i had a couple questions! 1) it seems like it could be the VSS1 or 2? 2) how do you check the TCU? 3) what is needed to check the TCU? 4) how do you check codes on the ECU as well..? 5) my power light blinked a couple more times then usual. so this is why im aski...

HELP! suggestions needed IDLE issue again...

Really an annoyance then a issue.. Heres the problem as Josh would know.. My idle has been going bonky for a couple weeks now.. and i have CONCLUDED that the idle is responsible for my transmission shift timing... just cause its smoother when i adjust the idle via the screw on top of the TB. We sort...

well something that might be of interest..
when i fiddle with the idle screw
it seems that the transmission AFTER either
finds the gear when the idle is higher
