In the tuning guide it just kinda tells you about how everything comes together. How each adjustment effects the other and how it changes the fuel delivery overall. Its kinda hard to explain what it says because the one i read was a translated Japanese version so it was pretty garbled.

See, Redline, the problem I have with the way you flame is that it seems to carry an arrogance -- you make the assumption that what you say is gospel and that others are completely wrong. I'm not saying you actually believe that; it's just how it comes out to the rest of us.

sounds like one off a mitsushitty, a TD05 WILL be a direct bolt up if it is off a WRX, but if you are going down this path you can get a VF12 off a aussie spec RS the turbo itself flows stuff all less than a TD05, however the TD05 is easier to high flow/modify

hold up now i never said they wouldnt work, i just said that they werent really designed for a larger displacement engine. You can swap out comperssor wheels to fit it to your engine but its costly, timely, and takes some skill and i never automaticaly assume that people know how to rebuild turbos ...

i wasnt refering to the construction half ass... its rather creative actuly. What i meant was that if it were me, i would have done the whole intake and not just one piece of it. In my grandpa's eyes, doing only part of the job is halfass but he was a stubborn bastard so ya know  But i think ...
i would do everything he said except lower the compression, swap to a T61 turbo and run higher boost. The reason so is this... most turbo cars that are FWD or RWD will keep fairly good compression just so they dont lose what little edge they have getting them up off the line, but with an AWD car ...

notice the ripples on the curves? This is a very carefuly crush bent pipe... what he/shes doing is puting the pipe in a bender, bending it very slightly, moving it , bending it again, and keeps doing this untill the pipe is bent the way they want it. This means that the walls on the insides of those ...
