Just thinking but is anything between the ecu (Pin 11 or 13 which ever the #3 pin is) and the injector besides some wire and a couple of plugs? Could I possibly just re run that wire direct from the ecu to the injector to ensure there are no shorts in that wire?

Definately--We use is 93 even though it costs an arm and a leg in the Legacy and the Audi ... Don't care a whole lot about our Montero so we let that gulp 87.

Yes I have unplugged the connector and it didn't change a thing. Also I already replaced the coolant temp sensor/ ignitor/ coil/ plugs/ and wires to make sure it wasnt an ignition issue and I have spark to all 4 cyls (thought it might have been in the ignition ...

Sleeper- I replaced the alternator probably 2 or 3 months before that, I suppose that could cause a problem but my voltmeter(autometer wired to a ignition switched fuse) is at 12 when off and around 14 when on.

vrg- yeah no trouble code, I didn't check cold and warm and I didn't run 12v through it ...

Checked: Replaced plugs, checked vac hoses, plug

Its been a while since I have been on this board. I sold my 92 Subaru Turbo Sedan to my girlfriend about a year and a half ago and bought an Turbo Audi... During that time I have had a wheel bearing, a dead instrument panel, and a bad ignition control module in the Audi, and not a single ...

Pretty straight forward... Im curious if it would fit, and would I have to switch to the new type of coolant becuase of the new compressor or is it even possible to bring it to a shop and have them recharge it with the old type after I switch them?

Just a clairification with the 92 tail lights they still use a clear bulb but have an orange insert behind the clear portion of the lens snaps in kinda like a lego peice so it should be easy removal if the housings are not on the car.

One issue I can think of with the LED lights...

Since LEDs are quite directional and it looks like those bulbs are placed in a parallel array facing the back (or front) of the bulb that is where most of the light is going to be directed.

Now I'm not sure of the 90-91 cars but on my 92 sedan the ...

Eibachs if you can find them should be good too. Been running the AGX and Eibachs for about 2 years and havent had a problem. They lower around 1" also.

Or you could be lucky like me and have a speedo that reads slow with the factory size.

Yeah, the Nokians are a good tire, my mom runs them on her Audi 5000 up where it does drop the snow but I have found that they do not provide the side stiffness that I desire resulting in a bouncy driving on a cloud type ride.

They are the pro kit eibachs if memory serves me right approx 1 to 1.5 inch drop. I got them from Mike at spdusa.com but it appears that they have discontinued all Legacy support. As far as handling goes with new factory endlinks I can say its nimble for a 3000 lb car. The jury is still ...
