province wide fire ban= No camping this weekend = time to patch some holes and paint it black. It doesn't look amazing but certainly ALOT than rusted out holes.

the battery is reading 12v, but it appears like someone installled a external starter solinoid of some kind. i managed to get her running by jumping to the starter and ill take it to the shop by my work tommorow, i dont trust myself to not mess electronics up, so ill see if he can find the problem ...

from what i can tell i havent, the only two even in the area (that i can see, and please tell me if im wrong) is the one going from the tranny to the thing the dogbone connects to, and the one thats connected to the starter bracket itself, i can seem to see any others. im really hoping i havent ...

so just doubled the lines and found a crack, replaced a few of the hoses and moved the gaugee line to just off 1st cyl intake manifold, and am now reading 20in HG

so i just installed a VDO boost/vac gauge in my car and seem to be getting strange readings, boost seems to be working normal. but at idle the needle sits calm at zero, if im reving or cruising under around 2000 rpm the gauge goes down to about 10in/hg. and once the turbo kicks in the gauge reads ...

id be suprises if they fit at all without some pretty serious rubbing, i mean i have rubbing with 215/45/17 on my stock ss... so a tire larger in every aspect id say prob not

cleaned up the headlights, still havent got around to the bodywork,im just too lazy!
also got around to doing the grounding mod, and did the power mode mod aswell in the past week. Both totally cheap and worthwhile mods!

finally got around to equipping it with some new shoes, really diggin the look of these wheels, and already had a few compliments on em!
they are 17" wrapped with 215/45/17 on bone stock suspension
now that calgary is a little more sunny, now to take on the task of bodywork :|
