It's the solenoid valve right between the air box and the strut tower. It has 2 hoses and one electrical conector.

I need a pressure exchange solenoid for a 92 legacy turbo. It's the little dealio that sits up between the air box and the strut tower. Anybody got one?

I took it to a shop. They couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then it fixed its self. I guess I'll have to wait for it to do it again before I can start diagnosing again.

Yeah Brian this is Chris. I have not yet tested the fuel pressure at cranking. I have assumed that the fuel pump is working because it always has power (tested with a meter), and because the car runs fine when you get it started. I really appreciate the advise.

Both the coolant temp sensor and fuel pump relay are brand new. I'm thinking this has something to do with fuel cut. Maybe the turbo is getting too hot and telling the motor not to start?
