How much horsepower did the Legacy with the VF10 turbo, and VF8 turbo have
stock? They both came with intercoolers also right?

Yes the VF10 is bigger than the VF11, I doubt by much though, and on
Japanese domestic market models 5-speed RS Legacies came with VF8
which is bigger still, whilst auto GT's came with VF10's
