"Grounding Mod" Issues
I recently did the grounding mod. I only did the intake manifold and altenator and cleaned up all of the other ones I could see and get to. I don't drive my car because I don't have my license so it sits. Therefore my battery doesn't get to charge. Any way I was in my car and my cap for my amp was flashing which means it's low on voltage. I looked and it was a 9.88v not good. So I am asking basically did I find a bigger issue or what? Also the battery is fairly new and I've had no other problems before like this.
post pics of it, where on the alternator did you ground?

The battery should not be your main grounding point.
The way i did mine was a noticeable improvement especially in the windows.

That kinda gives the idea i hope.
it's like using 1 wire with ring ends all over hit hitting certain spots
Strut tower to igniter on firewall to intake to to trottle body to alternator bracket to coilpack ect then the strut tower again than the frame in the back and to the battery.
the battery is grounded to the rear frame and trunk body underneath.
all heavy duty welding cable.

The daisy chain of grounds shouldn't cause the battery to lose voltage any faster.
If you don't drive the car and it doesn't get charged the battery will drain. You need to put a trickle charger on it every now and then to maintain proper charge.
