Throttle Lift car stuttering, and slightly rough idle

Post by skoobywrx »

92 Legacy turbo.....

the car pulls great, but when lifting off, without clutch in, the car sometimes stutters for a second or 2. i asked a few people they think it might be a hose or vac thats broken. looked around didnt really see anything wrong.

also in general the car idles great, maybe every 15-20 seconds it drops below normal....but never stalls. is this a concern, or just a thing to deal with a 215k+ car?

thanks :)

Is this a recent development? Have you done any recent work, minor or otherwise?

Double-check for vac leaks...there's a way to find them, but you'll need to Search for that info, as I don't recall.

Good luck,
