I'm currently in the process of buying and setting up the e-manage and profec e-01 on my 92 ss. so far I have the profec e-01 and optional signal harness waiting to install and the e-manage will be purchased with in a month or so. when I get all the parts, I will be taking the car to mac autosports in parker, co for some awd dyno tuning with wide band o2.
If interested I'll post up the results. By the way the car is stock besides a forged dvr diverter valve.

I'd love to see results. This may be the route I end up taking.

Can you hook a laptop up to the Emanage and do some data logging? That would be great if you could. Time to start searching for a "Danger to manifold" screen saver!

You can datalog...at least some basic stuff, with the emanage...in addition to dataloging its normal inputs and outputs...you can hook up greddy electric warning gauges to the profec and emanage and datalog and display those. I think the signal harness lets you monitor some other stuff too.
also, it has map trace abilities, so it can tell you what cell you are "in" in any given map at any given time...I imagine, (havn't never done it) that this would make it a lot easier to road tune...


Thats another good thing about emanage...you can wire it up, and start up the car, and it should run just fine...you don't need base maps.

TDGKORN, really really interested to hear how things go with your emanage project. I'm thinking about doing it this summer. Keep us updated please! Hope things go well for it, care to tell us more about your setup? I have a hard time deciding between the profec eo1 and a laptop. I've heard initial tuning is easier with the laptop, but once its done its nice not to have to have a laptop floating around the car, and to us the profec for minor changes tweeks, and day to day running...plus I need boost control. But the profec is taxed...if I can find a used one though, I saw one for 350$ the other day. And if I ever want to run water injection....I think I could control it with the additional injector map maybe...

I will post up all my results, as soon as I get back from the tuners. Hopfully I can get dynoed by the end of May(to busy snowboarding every weekend during winter). As far as my setup goes, it's a white 92 ss auto
I have a blitz datt, Forge DVR valve, and Helix catch can on the way.
As for the greddy stuff I have the Profec e-01, signal harness, and remote switch. All of which is sitting in my room waiting to be installed. (creating a custom install in my 1.5 din center pocket). The emanage, injector harness, ignition harness, and support tool will be ordered in a few weeks. The reason I went with the profec e-01 is; 1. the boost controller 2. ability to tweek on my own 3. alot smaller and better looking then a laptop in the front seat 4. being able to display multible sensor signals at once. The initial tuning will be done on a laptop at the dyno session. Anyone looking to get this setup is highly recomended to get it new and thru an authurized greddy dealer, they will not warranty the parts if not. IMO it's worth the extra cash. i have bin useing a hks super afr and let me tell u it works like a charm. u really can control a lot with it.
