why dont you just unplug thew o2 sensor at the connector?

I did, and it's still reading a voltage. But not just a constant voltage, but a varying voltage (it stays between .3 and .31 volts at all times, but it jumps around).

Thanks Vikash, that's what I was looking for. I'll do it in the morning.
