Reckless driving and street racing stories add nothing to a community. My opinion.

Reckless driving and street racing don't always go hand in hand. Today for instance I had the opportunity to race a middle aged Indian man in a ~98 Corrola off the line three times up to 45 mph with the interesection being good and clear all three times the light went green (I beat him all three times btw ;), but my props to him for continuing to play a little with me).
I think Tristan has it right though (and you know we're all glad you stuck with it :)). I'll admit that I'm a little bit of a hermit socially sometimes and that this board constitutes a fair percantage of my social interaction. There are just some guienly (sp?) cool people here that I look forward to meeting someday in person.
We just don't want to see anything bad happen to another, inside the car or out.

Yea, I would hate it if anyone of you guys got hurt. Not just because it's another accident in the world, but because lots of you guys are really cool!

We've got a tight community here, and I do care about you guys. I'd hate to see someone hurt, be it their own fault or someone elses. I guess that's why I preach the saftey sometimes, reguardless of my hypocritical actions about it. I just don't want to see any of you guys get hurt.

I often think about members and how they are doing with projects and life.

I'm pretty stoked about the day I can finally meet Tristan, Laurel and Art :). I'm real glad that I know Matt and Vikash. They are two of the coolest people I know, I ALWAYS learn new stuff from the two of them. And I was excited that I finally got to meet Steve, and Scott.

I've made some good real life friends through the board, and lots of e-friends as well.

Awww, I'm glad you threw me in there bud, last but not least I guess. Before I got to that part I was starting to feel dissed. :) I think you're pretty cool, man. When we had the meet I was in a bad mood, hope you won't hold it against me. :)

No way dude! That was fun!

I still don't know what you, Steve, and Matt were talking about while Vikash and I were wrestling with my brakes.

I can't wait for the next Feed and Speed!

Two Words, Phil: Southwest Airlines.
We'll find you a cheap flight up here, if you'll come kick it.. unfortunately, I don't know how you'd get Lauren here.. We know you'd want her here, too. :D

Phil, they were spook stories IIRC. They probably wouldn't make much sense unless you grew up with that crap.

I can't wait for the next Feed & Speed either. I think it will still be a dog, but I should have the headlights and grille done. I may do the fake suede headliner, too as I need to remove the interior to have some of the seams welded.

You're talking about your quad-lamp project, right, Steve? I'd really love to see that, as well as thawa's projector setup!
