What is the pipe hanging down up front in that pic?

I think the pipe is either part of an intercooler or some sort of bumper? or Diff protection??? I wonderd about that too. You should see the other pics on that site....They are SWEET!

I am going to say bumper because of lift laws in their state.

I think your right about the bumper thing. I'm sure that classifies as some type of bumper or something.
