Damn, that sucks bad. We will be down there racing though until around 4 pm so maybe you could leave straight from C.S. and come down for the last few hours?

it only took me 4 days to reply but I was out of town
the guy with the GTi is in, he's really excited too, his name is Teddy and he's a pretty cool guy
I'm in, maybe a few runs too, I'll knock another week off of my car's lifespan but hey it's fun right?
not many other car guys in my school, I have a friend with a 79 Firebird Formula with the oh so awesome 301 V8, I'll tell him about it he didn't believe much in imported cars until I told him about EJ22Ts, 16G turbos, and well, basically Phil's car. He might be interested in doing a few 1/4 runs.
good to see you can come Steve, the Hellas will be there right?
and sorry about the CS Scott, maybe things will work out in your favor?
It'll be cool to meet the rest of you guys.

Man, I get absolutely no respect anymore!
You all do realize that Phil and I have almost the exact same setups right?
Geez, a guy blows his engine for a few months and everyone forgets about him.

Matt... Matt... he's that guy who gives Phil a couch to sleep on for race days, right?
Scott - That sucks that you can't be there the whole day... But just the night before and the last several hours of the race day will still be a lot of fun.

Awww Matt, don't feel bad! Though now we are, pretty much dead even mod for mod. Before the only major differences was coffee mug, clutch and flywheel. Now we are even more similar.
Not for long though

Ohhh reallyyyy. What does Phil have planned? FMIC? Bigger snail? Maybe bigger injectors and SEM? Inquiring minds want to know!
Sam- Is your buddy Teddy going to come to the BBQ/shop night?

I don't think Teddy will be coming to the BBQ.
Of course I realize that you and Phil have the same setup! Matt, you have 2 of 3 of the things I listed, Phil's car has the dyno results though, thats what I ment! Sorry guys!
(really rushed post)
I still need to talk to my friend Nick, the Firebird owner.

Hehe, I kind of look at it the other way around myself. Guys like me and Phil are here to support guys like you that are just starting to mod and can benefit from our experiences of trial and error, ect..
Although I would like to think it's all about me. legacyej22tcentral
is kinda catchy.

Matt - You have a SNELL 95 approved helmet right?
Any motorcycle helmet should clear those regulations.

by legacy92ej22t
Ya, well it's not mine but ya, I borrow my brother in-laws 4 wheeler helmet.
As long as the helmet is approved for motor vehicle use you should be ok. Just don't show up in a skateboard helmet or something like that.
