my pcvv valve is on really good. i dont want to break any thing , will it just give loose or any other ideas?also there was some oil on it is this common?

I wouldnt worry about anything braking, unless its your knuckles when it finally gives way

You should remove all the piping from the block to the PCV and celan it out. Im willing to bet its clogged up with plaque.
