hmm ic. so.... if i didnt hit this maxima, and instead hit the barrier, i wouldnt be having a ticket right now would i? my car would probably be a lot more messed up though. thats what it seems like to me anyways. so even if i was going under the limit in the blind corner, assuming everything is normal, i am at fault still? bah, what is this world coming to? i mean if i am to ASSUME that there are conditions everywhere, i would be going like 25MPH everywhere assuming there is oil, debris, shit all on the road. ahh... this is too much bullshit.
yea i am just trying to get the ticket off. i mean the damage on my car i dont really car about. its pissing me off anyway.
So i got into an accident...

Get a lawyer. I repeat, get a lawyer.
As much as it sucks, Laurel is right. If you hit someone coming around a blind corner then you were going too fast for those particular conditions. A far stretched analogy - if you come around a blind turn and hit some kid getting a ball in the street, is it his fault for being in the road (you know what I mean...
) It sucks but it's the truth. Thats why you should get a lawyer because they know the small things that can be done to reduce damage to your record and wallet. And $250 doesn't sound too bad either.
Keep us posted and I certainly feel you on the 'shaftedness' of the situation.

yea... now that i really think about it, i should. the attorney says the $250 is for the first "trial" and everything leading up to that. so im guessing if she has to go in to court a second time it will cost more. there's that, and i seriously dont want to deal with it. no matter what you do, someone will usually always be able to find fault in it. bleh.
