Definitely smells of fraud. Lawrence MA is one of the worst places in the country for it so I'm familiar. A Jeep Wrangler pulled that shit on my mother years ago, claiming she hit him when she didn't. She said there wasn't any sign of damage. She went to the hospital for a surgery the next day and the insurance had settled by the time she got out. My guess is that since so many panels on the Jeeps are easily removable, he had a set of bad fenders he swaps out for this kind of shit.

More women should carry guns.
