OK - I don't really have any recent pics with the fixed grill and such, but this'll do for now.

typing over pics is easier than resizing it lol, just click on the "T" in the tool bar. I was actually using the adobe image ready which is like a photoshop lite. it installs with photoshop so you should have it. its alot easier to deal with.

Some of the pics are different sizes.
Let me get with Dave and see what size we want to use and see how we want to handle it.
