What exactly is the J&S monitoring or displaying? I thought it's supposed to detect knock....or does it notify you on misfires as well?
Do you mean you have to run the BKR7E-11 because of the newer heads, or is there another reason?
What kind of boost are you running? What do your plugs look like, do they look fouled or like they're running how they should be? You could probably gap them a little more.
it did it at the track when reving real high, and i could do it while driving.
j&s safe guard is a knock system it retards timeing at will on any cyc, it also has a dash light that will dim red for knock trace.
19psi going to 25psi and tune, plugs looks brand new and running strong with new coils. gap 25.
should i try gap 30mm?

What do your plugs look like? With that much boost, going too large you could risk blowing the spark out. However too small and you could be frying the electrode on the plug, which is why I asked what the plugs look like. If the electrode looks badly worn/fried, you could probably bump the gap up.
I'm also assuming you're talking about .025"/.030". The owner's manual calls for a 1.0mm to 1.1mm gap on the plugs, which equates to about .040" to .044"

ya sorry i messed up the gap you got it right, also my plugs at gap 25 all ways look nice and clean no black rich just nice white and everything in order, evrey time i take them out i show my dad and he says its burning perfect. i think i can try maybe just a little bit more of a gap i guess, i will report back see what happens.
