Ok, so to recap, you now have no codes, but have a high idle, is that correct?
Have you performed the d-check with the green connectors?
If you've done that, everything is good there, and still have a high idle check if your TB has one of these bypass screws on it:

The other thing to check would be the TPS to make sure it's adjusted properly. Have you adjusted or does it look like any of the throttle stop screws have been messed with?

Yes I having high idle here and there
Did the d-check and have 42 and 51
Not sure why in still getting 51 but what ever I'll check the tps either today or tomorrow

With a code 42 showing up in the d-check I'd definitely suggest adjusting/checking the TPS's idle switch.
