A bit of an update here. After changing the fuel injector, the main problem of the shaking and rough idle was almost gone. But wagon was still not 100%.
Today i got the time to recheck the spark plugs and this time I've measured the gaps. One was a little different (short) from the others. Changed, now finally i got my serenity back.
I've used Bosch spark plugs when the time of the valve cover job. Now back to NGK to never change again. The fuel injector problem was a crazy coincidence I guess.
Good to know your car and how to fix it. You can pay, but they may not find all issues and still take your money.
