Someone on NASIOC did something like this. It was a voltage clamp, but with more evil than a normal voltage clamp. It would clamp down 14.6 PSI and leave voltage constant until 20 PSI where it would start reading normal again. essentially this up'd the fuel cut to 20 PSI.

Hopefully when I get the JoeP MBC boostjunkie talked me into, I'll have less spiking and I'll be able to run closer to the boost I want to. It's a pain to be running 10-11 lbs and to still get the occasional spike. "vroomvroomvroomcough.......vroomvroom!" kind of a killjoy.
I hadn't thought of the timing issue. I know my fuel mixture is unaffected. I'm running around 10 lbs right now, and with the check valve in place, I'm still as rich as I normally am. the sluggishness I mention may be retarded timing I suppose.
