Which file are you trying to open?
I purposely put the files as zip files so they are downloaded since they are large PDF's. You can extract the PDF file(s) using winzip, 7zip, or window's native zip file program. Once extracted you can use Adobe Reader or any free PDF viewer.

Working for me as of today, the bbs looks like it had some error through the last week or so, I was worried but am happy to see it is still up!

Hmm i see which one you're trying to click on from the main page, it seems to be working fine on my end, maybe clear your cookies or try a different browser?
I could probably copy whatever file you're trying to access and DM you a google drive link if that helps. Were you trying to get access to the electric diagrams?
