Just for kicks and giggles, try putting the old MAF sensor back on and see if you have problems again. That way you and everyone else (for future troubleshooting) knows whether the grounds or the MAF sensor was the culprit.

Well now that's all fixed I can do my window track writeup, put my old maf in to see if that was the problem, and pickup some front speaker adapters for my new aftermarket ones.

Edit:I still think my bpv is going bad, sounds more fluttery every drive and sounds off, my buddy is getting one Sunday I can test out to rule if its bad or not but I have a feeling once I find the lil leak it'll be at 100%

I wanna install a fcd and think vrg3s will be the one I buy, should be good up to 15lbs then :)

I'd really like to know whether it was the new MAF or cleaning the grounds that did it..

Well you can't unclean your grounds, but you could always pop in an old MAF. My guess is both contributed.

well i swapped the old maf back in and viola... horrible horrible idle and afr readings right off the bat, no need to test drive it around to make sure :) im still thinking cleaning my grounds helped along with it as well cuz the choppy idle wasnt as horrendeous as last time before my grounds were cleaned

Good deal. Thanks for checking so others with similar issues can try the MAF.

-I have one going to the strut. Another going to the top of the manifold, then manifold to alternator. Then another going down to the bottom of the manifold, connected with other manifold grounds, iirc.
