PCV Valve?

Hey Guys,

According to my local mechanic, my PCV valve needs to
be replaced. I was just wondering what the easiest
way to go about acquiring a new one would be. What's
the easiest way to go about ordering
parts...Subaruparts.com? I've ordered some stuff from
them before, but it's tough when you don't have all
the part numbers. I also need the part numbers for
the radiator hoses if anyone has them available. I
also have a few other hoses that are cracking visibly
on the outside, but my Haynes manual doesn't cover
part numbers. It's tough to describe the actual hose,
but I'll take a picture and post it tomorrow. So, to
sum up my lengthy rambling, here's what I need:

1. A new PCV valve and a place to purchase it.
2. New radiator hoses.
3. A few other hoses, but I'll have to get the
picture to point out which one.

Do the shop manuals have all the part numbers listed?

TIA

-Brian

Brian,

Just go to your local autoparts store and buy a pcv valve. They're like
$5...TOPS....if not go some place else. All it is, is a little metal
check valve.

Really....same goes for radiator hoses.

Any more subaru specific littler hoses....you may need to go to the
dealer.

If you want to buy everything from the subaru dealer, give Liberty
Subaru a call. http://www.libertysubaru.com/ (201) 261-0900
